It look’s like SpoofCard now has a Canadian site at http://www.spoofcard.ca/ which may or may not be an official SpoofCard Canada site. Our guess is that it’s a Canadian affiliate. We discovered the site on a recent trip to the Pacific Northwestern region of Canada where we were directed to use Google.ca as our default search engine. The interesting bit is that some search engines in Canada, namely Google, Yahoo and Live, listed SpoofCard.ca at the top of the search engine results (SERPs) when searching for “SpoofCard” meaning the search engines think that www.spoocard.ca is probably the official SpoofCard Canada site. It’s a little surprising to us that a few links to SpoofCard.ca would override all the links to SpoofCard.com with the search engines. Does Canada not like .com’s?
What’s even more interesting is that SpoofCard.com only shows up under the “Sponsored Listings” and doesn’t even show up on the first pages of natural results with Google.ca, Yahoo.ca, and Live.ca.

1It looks like this just goes to the regular .com site. But how do they make the URL stay the same at the top? That’s strange.
